By accessing or using FlowForge - AI Business Workflow Automation ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowForge - AI Business Workflow Automation provides AI-powered document processing services using Vision Language Models (VLLMs) to extract structured data from documents including invoices, receipts, forms, and other business documents.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
  • We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account use

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You Agree NOT To:

  • Upload or process documents containing illegal content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
  • Process documents containing personal data without proper authorization

4.2 Compliance

You agree to comply with:

  • All applicable local, state, national, and international laws
  • Data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Industry-specific regulations applicable to your use case

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Pricing

  • Current pricing is available at /pricing
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice
  • Price changes do not affect existing subscription terms

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Usage Limits

  • Each plan includes specific usage limits (documents, API calls, storage)
  • Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions
  • Usage is measured monthly and resets at the start of each billing cycle

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused credits
  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by FlowForge - AI Business Workflow Automation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

  • You retain all rights to documents and data you upload ("Your Content")
  • You grant us a limited license to process Your Content to provide the Service
  • You are solely responsible for Your Content and its legal compliance
  • We do not claim ownership of Your Content

6.3 Extracted Data

  • You own all extracted data and results from document processing
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
  • Individual extraction results are not shared with third parties

7. Data Processing and Privacy

7.1 Data Processing

  • Documents are processed using third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, DeepSeek)
  • We implement appropriate security measures for data protection
  • Processing occurs in secure, encrypted environments
  • Temporary files are deleted after processing completes

7.2 Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.

7.3 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For enterprise customers processing personal data, a separate Data Processing Agreement is available upon request.

8. Service Level and Availability

8.1 Uptime

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime for paid plans
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • No uptime guarantee for free plans

8.2 Service Modifications

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
  • Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice
  • We are not liable for modifications or discontinuation

9. API Usage

If you use our API:

  • You must comply with API documentation and rate limits
  • API tokens are confidential and must be kept secure
  • Excessive API usage may result in throttling or suspension
  • API availability and features may change with notice

10. Third-Party Services

  • The Service integrates with third-party AI providers and payment processors
  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures or changes
  • Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to their services

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for accuracy of AI-extracted data - you must verify results

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowForge - AI Business Workflow Automation, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your Content or extracted data

13. Termination

13.1 By You

  • You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
  • Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Pose a security risk to the Service

13.3 Effect of Termination

  • Your right to access the Service immediately ceases
  • You have 30 days to export your data after termination
  • We may delete your data after 30 days
  • Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect
